My Story

I know how it feels to feel frustrated, overwhelmed, and hopeless.


Throughout my health journey, I've navigated challenges such as acne, PMS, insomnia, chronic urticaria, histamine intolerance, food intolerances, acid reflux, digestive issues and a poor relationship with food.

Through a combination of research, experimentation, trial and error, and ultimately my pursuit of studies as a Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath, I was able to resolve these issues and improve my overall health and well-being.

Unfortunately, at various points of my health journey, I didn’t receive the support or guidance I needed, so now I am committed to doing things differently and being a trusted partner who listens, supports, and guides my clients towards better health outcomes.

Nutritional Therapy Qualifications

My passion for nutrition began after giving birth to my first child. It became a hobby of mine to read about nutrition and explore recipes that would fulfil specific nutritional needs.


Later, my health challenges prompted me to re-evaluate my diet, mindset, and relationship with food. During that process, I felt a profound calling and knew I had to pursue further training in this field.


I dedicated three years to studying Naturopathic Nutrition at the highly regarded College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, obtaining a diploma with distinction in Naturopathic Nutrition, followed by an additional year in Naturopathy.

I hold the following additional qualifications:

+ Master Practitioner for Obesity and Eating Disorders (NCFED)

+ Nutrigenomics Practitioner Programme (Lifecode Gx)

+ SIBO Mastery Program (The SIBO Doctor)

+ Health Coach (Zest4Life)

+ Various trainings specific to gut health

+ Advanced Certificate in Eating Disorder with Prof. Julia Buckroyd (in progress)

+ Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Certification (in progress)


I am continually updating my knowledge by attending seminars and courses, and by reviewing the latest scientific research. Additionally, I contribute my time on a weekly basis to ‘Beat Eating Disorders’, a prominent charity in the UK dedicated to supporting those affected by eating disorders.
