I am uncertain about how it feels to be hungry or full. I am constantly dieting. I am able to stop overeating, but I struggle to manage my thoughts. My eating habits affect my moods. Despite my intentions, I find myself overeating again and again. I have difficulty controlling my eating at specific times of the day. I feel ashamed and guilty about my eating habits. I eat in secret. I am comfort eating or engage in emotional eating. Sometimes, I am not even aware of what I am eating. I don't feel satisfied after eating.
